Holiday Chocolate Bonbon Workshop:
What better way to gift the special people in your life than to give them your custom-designed artisanal chocolates! Join us for a fully hands-on workshop to create hand-painted chocolate bonbons using vibrant cocoa butter colors and Valrhona’s dark chocolate. In this class, participants will learn to temper chocolate by hand and create 24 bonbons piped with dark chocolate ganache using a professional chocolatier mold.
You will LOVE our brand new 2023 holiday chocolate molds! The bonbons will look just like little ornaments.
Each participant will receive SIX GIFT BOXES to pack giftable sets of four bonbons wrapped in red ribbons (total retail value of $80)
